Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisI expected better customer service from an establishment that takes 10% of the profit and also extra fees for listing and being the middle man on the sale of my vehicle. I sold my Cadillac Suv through them and every receptionist I spoke with on the phone was just rude and didn’t treat me with any regard, as a paying customer they should’ve at least been courteous. When I went to pick up my cheque the lady at the front desk was just miserable and acted like we as customers are a bother to her. The most unpleasant experience I’ve had with any business that earned money off of me the way this place did. A receptionist named Colleen was the worst to deal with, don’t bother her with calling their business for anything because she doesn’t have time to deal with customers. I requested for Craig to call me back and I’m not sure if Colleen bothered to give him the message or if he couldn’t be bothered once the sale went through and they got their money. I would recommend auctioning your vehicle off through Andy Kaye’s Auction instead, at least the staff there is respectful and pleasant to speak with.
